Seadrill

MindIT has been developing e-learning material for Seadrill since 2006. We have developed courses in many subject fields, including ethical guidelines, introductory courses for new employees, application training and procedures, etc. The training is often produced in different languages including Norwegian, English, Portuguese and Chinese.

Seadrill uses the MELS learning platform to distribute training to its employees and subcontractors worldwide. Training is carried out onshore, on ships and on drilling platforms. As Seadrill operates in areas with poor internet access, we have developed a solution to ensure that training can also be carried out in cases when there is no satellite connection.
