MindIT has collaborated with the SOTS course centre since 2009. We have upgraded SOTS' own VAKOP Basic Safety and Emergency Courses; MOB Boat, Fire and Helicopter Landing Officer. The SOTS course centre uses the MELS Learning Portal.
About SOTS course centre
SOTS course centre is a full scale safety centre which offers training courses and qualifications in the areas of offshore, shipping and land based activities. The centre has a sea rescue facility, fire-fighting facility and a helicopter evacuation simulator, all of which are located centrally in Stavanger.
SOTS course centre is comprised of Stavanger offshore tekniske skole and Rogaland Kurs- og Kompetansesenter (RKK)
